  • Forged from a single blank, grain flow is improved to enhance the mechanical characteristics of the valve without having to resort to welding
  • Special PVD, CVD, and CrN coatings are used to provide low-friction surfaces that reduce heat generation and resist carbon build-up; coatings allow alloys like titanium to become ultra-smooth while reaching hardness levels 5x that of high speed steel
