The S-TECH fork springs were specially developed for tough off-road use. They are manufactured in accordance with DIN quality 1 and ISO 9000/2000 and are subject to permanent quality control.

Made of high quality chrome-silicon spring steel
Sanded both ends
Heat treated and
Preset (-> minimal setting losses)
Surface hardened (shot peened)
Very high blocking resistance
Very small side forces with ideal positioning of the force axis relative to the spring axis
Plane parallelism and exact position of the spring ends to each other under loaded and unloaded condition
Very small tolerances: inner diameter di ± 0.25%, spring rate C ± 2.5%
